SEOwind Dashboard is your central hub to manage and optimize your content efforts. It’s where you create, access, and manage your Briefs, Content Updates, SEO Missions, and other content tasks.
There are 5 main tabs in SEOwind dashboard: Briefs, Content Update, SEO Missions, Projects and AI Humanizer.

Briefs #
Briefs are the foundation for crafting articles. You start with the keyword, and within the Brief, you get all the competition analysis. Based on this, you create a comprehensive outline and brief. Once it’s done, you can either share it with your content writer or write AI articles. For more information, go to Competitor Research and SEO Content Brief & Outline.
From the Dashboard, you can take the following actions regarding each Brief:
- Open – access the Brief with all its details
- Copy Brief to Clipboard – enables you to copy all the details from the brief once it’s created
- Archive – more the Brief from Active tab to Archive to keep your Dashboard clean
- Delete – delete the Brief if you made the mistake or the Brief is not needed anymore
- Write AI Article – open the Brief where you can review the details and initiate AI article creation
- Open AI Article – access the AI article you have written for the Brief from the Dashboard view
Content Update #
The Content Update tab helps you transform outdated or underperforming content into top-ranking assets. Unlike basic tools that stuff keywords into old pages, SEOwind uses intelligent AI agents to analyze, rewrite, and optimize your content with precision.
The process begins when you enter a keyword and the URL of the content you want to update. From there, SEOwind’s AI agents take over, analyzing your page and comparing it against top-ranking competitors to identify SEO gaps, weak sections, and outdated information. Instead of rewriting everything, the tool intelligently updates only the necessary parts, enhancing the quality while preserving your unique voice. It also integrates internal links automatically, based on your site structure (when connected to Google Search Console), and enriches the content with fresh, credible data. All updates are made with E-E-A-T principles in mind, ensuring your content reflects real experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trust.
From the Dashboard, you can take the following actions regarding each Content Update:
- See Inputs – view the details you entered for this particular content update
- Archive – move the Content Update from the Active tab to Archive to keep your Dashboard organized
- Delete – remove the Content Update if it is no longer needed or was created by mistake
- Open Article – access the article associated with the Content Update for review or further editing
SEO Missions #
SEO Missions helps you discover untapped keywords and perform keyword gap analysis to dominate search rankings.
You start by listing your competitors, then SEOwind analyzes the data from top-ranking SERPs, providing insights such as search volume, keyword difficulty, cost per click, search intent, and priority. Based on this analysis, you select high-value, low-competition keywords that align with your content strategy to drive more traffic and conversions. This tab enables you to uncover keyword opportunities your competitors are using, benchmark your performance, enhance your SEO with focused keywords, and save time by simplifying the keyword research process.
From the Dashboard, you can take the following actions regarding each SEO Mission:
- Create Brief – selects the keyword from the mission and opens a tab to start creating a brief. Once a brief is created, this SEO Mission will be removed from the active missions list.
- Delete Mission – remove the SEO Mission if it’s not the right fit
Projects #
Projects are a centralized hub for setting up and managing key information about your domain and website within our tool. The information you provide in a project is automatically applied to all articles associated with it. This ensures consistency across your content and simplifies the management of your domain’s details. For more information go to Projects.
AI Humanizer #
The AI Humanizer helps you transform AI-generated content into natural, human-like text. It enhances readability, tone, and authenticity, ensuring your content resonates with readers and passes AI detection. You can paste your AI-generated content and instantly convert it into human-sounding writing, while maintaining heading hierarchies and links intact. The tool lets you review the original AI text alongside the humanized version to ensure quality. It avoids relying on artificial grammar errors to pass detection and produces error-free content by automatically correcting typos and improving tone and flow.
