SEOwind makes collaboration easy by allowing you to invite team members to your account. Whether you’re working with a colleague, a freelancer, or managing a full content team, you can securely share access to your SEOwind dashboard and content.
Roles & Permissions #
You can assign two types of roles when inviting team members:
- Standard Role – Access to all content and projects
- Full Role – Includes everything in the Standard Role, with additional permission to manage the team and access billing settings.
Team Member Limits by Plan #
Each plan includes a set number of team members:
- Basic – 1 team member
- Pro – Up to 2 team members
- Agency – Up to 5 team members
How to Add Team Members #
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the SEOwind dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Click on the Team tab
- Invite members by entering their email and assigning a role

Once invited, your team members will receive an email to join and get access based on their assigned role.
